Misplaced your debit card? No problem! You can now turn it off using the new Card Valet App*. Once you find your card, simply turn it back on! With Card Valet, you can set up security measures right from your smart phone to help you avoid the hassles of account fraud.

  • Turn your debit card on and off whenever you would like. (This will not interrupt recurring bill payments such as gym memberships or subscriptions.)
  • Receive notification of possible fraudulent transactions and take immediate action.
  • Set up alerts to help protect your accounts from fraud.
  • Restrict transactions based on merchant or transaction type and location.
  • Set up spending limits.
  • View balances. (Please note- the home page may need to be refreshed to show your current balance. This balance is NOT your AVAILABLE balance. You may click on the account to view your available balance.)

HOW TO ENROLL

Step 1: Make sure you’ve got your KLEFCU debit card handy.

Step 2:  Download the Card Valet App.  You can use the links below to the iTunes App Store or Android Store, or simply search for the Card Valet App.

Step 3:  Once the Card Valet App is downloaded on your device, simply follow the prompts to register your card. You’ll be required to enter your card information and create a username and password.

Now that you’ve got your card enrolled, you’re ready to use Card Valet!
