If you receive an email asking you to confirm your account information, do not respond. It is a "phishing" attempt by an unknown party trying to gain your account information.
Knoxville Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union does not request information in this manner. If you have already responded and entered your information, contact us immediately to take steps to secure your account.

We do provide 24 Hour Surveillance on your Debit Card and you may be contacted by our watchguard specialists if there is suspected fraud on your Visa Debit Card.

So if you ever get a call from "Fraud Prevention Services" know that our watchdogs are doing their job and preventing potential fraudulent use of your card because there is suspected fraud on your card. They will never ask for your card number, but may need to verify personal information in verifying transactions.
