Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Message for our Members

Dear Members,

The health and safety of Knoxville Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union (KLEFCU) members and employees is our top priority. As we continue to monitor the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our region, please be assured that we are taking preventative measures to mitigate the spread of illness and to ensure seamless access to your accounts at KLEFCU.

Rest assured knowing that KLEFCU has disaster recovery and business continuity plans in place that are designed to prevent service disruptions. With the effects of the outbreak being felt more each day, please feel free to reach out to us directly at 865-522-3900 if you have concerns.

At this time, we strongly recommend leveraging all of our available self-service banking and 24/7 account access services. Via our online and mobile banking services you can check balances, transfer funds, find ATMs and Shared Branches and even deposit checks via Remote Deposit Capture without stepping foot into a branch. If you are not enrolled in online or mobile banking, please visit our website at KLEFCU.com to begin the process. If you need assistance please call us at 865-522-3900.

While it’s impossible to predict the spread of the coronavirus and understand its true impact, please know that we will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our members as the need arises.

For more information about COVID-19 and to protect yourself and your family, go to cdc.gov for the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

We will continue to monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our members and our communities as needs arise.

Thank you for being a member.

Best Regards,
