Knoxville Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union remains committed to protecting the health and safety of our members and employees. With the exponential increase in the number of cases, we are changing which services are available in our branch lobby. Lobby access will not be granted for routine transactions that can be performed at an ATM, drive-thru lanes, or through Online and Mobile Banking.

Beginning Wednesday, October 28 please use digital services, drive-thrus, or ATMs for:

• Cash and check deposits (not available at ATM)
• Check cashing
• Withdrawals
• Balance inquiries
• Loan payments
• Transfers

We encourage you to continue to bank with us at the drive-thru. We will have both lanes open during this time. Our lobby will be by appointment only for loan closings, access to safe deposit boxes, etc. Members are required to wear a mask while inside the branch. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you at no charge. Keep in mind we have other ways you can access your account 24/7:

Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Card Valet, RDC Deposit, Loan Applications, Bill Pay and A2A(transfer funds between accounts at another financial institution)

If you don’t have these services, we encourage you to sign up for them. If you are not comfortable with online access, please feel free to call us and we will be happy to assist you over the phone or through the drive-thru, this includes but not limited to balances, transferring of funds, loan applications and more.

We ask that you protect yourself and others by using Online and Mobile Banking when possible. Both allow you to manage your accounts safely from the comfort of home.
